Thank you for your interest in the study we are conducting with Mark Cukro’s Service Team Training. This anonymous, complimentary and easy to execute survey is intended to obtain maintenance staff feedback on the impact technologies have on their ability to do their job, tool and resource needs, challenges being faced, the training and support they receive, suggestions, and more. The survey will be available in English and Spanish.
Register your company if you wish to participate. All participating companies receive the national summary report. Participating companies can purchase a company specific report: cost is $500 for a data summary ($250 for Swift Bunny clients) and $750 ($500 for Swift Bunny clients) if an online presentation is also desired. To protect anonymity, getting this report requires at least 10 employees respond.

Register Your Company
The registration form must be submitted by a corporate office senior executive. If you want your company to participate but are not a senior executive, please share this page’s link with the appropriate person in your corporate office so they can register.
After you click “Participate in the Survey” above, Doug Miller, Swift Bunny Partner and Chief Research Officer, will email you the survey steps, scheduling, and templates for email messaging to your employees (with an embedded survey link).
