Register Your Company
Ideally, the registration form is submitted by a corporate executive. However, Regional Directors can register if their company permits this.
After you click “Participate in the Survey” above, Doug Miller, Swift Bunny Partner and Chief Research Officer, will email you the survey steps, scheduling, and messaging templates to use for emailing employees (with an embedded survey link). Please add the “@SwiftBunny.com” domain to your company’s approved senders list.

Complimentary National Summary Report
Participating companies will receive a complimentary summary report of the overall national findings.

Complimentary Company Specific Report
Besides receiving the national summary report, if desired, participating companies can also obtain a FREE company specific report and online presentation. To protect anonymity, getting this report requires at least 10 employees respond.
