Company Leader Shares Research and Insights at Rental Housing Industry’s Largest Annual Gathering

Jen Piccotti, Swift Bunny’s Chief Learning Officer, was selected to present two seminars at the National Apartment Association’s annual Apartmentalize conference and expo taking place June 22 – 24, 2022 at the San Diego Convention Center. The conference is the largest annual gathering of rental housing professionals and is expected to draw 8,000 attendees.

Piccotti will present “NAA’s Mental and Emotional Health Survey: Challenges Facing Today’s Workforce.” This panel discussion will also feature John Sons with Burlington Capital Properties and Jeanne Supin with National Council for Mental Wellbeing. The presenters will share the results of the National Apartment Association’s 2022 study conducted to identify the status of employee mental health and emotional wellbeing among NAA member companies’ workforce. Attendees will discover what multifamily housing employees have identified as their greatest challenges and learn practical steps to support the mental and emotional health of peers and employees. This session takes place on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 8:30 AM Pacific Time in room 6A, Upper Level.

Next, Piccotti will present “Secrets of Learning Organization: Tales from the Trainer” with co-presenters Lori Snider of RedPeak and Lexy Smith of IRT Living. The presenters will share real-life examples of proven paths that successful rental housing training teams have taken to develop and boost learning among their geographically dispersed workforces. The experts will also explore how to address the changing education needs within the current multifamily talent pool. This session takes place on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 2:15 PM Pacific Time in room 6A, Upper Level.
