Swift Bunny, provider of multifamily-specific talent management solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jen Piccotti to President, effective immediately. This is a newly created role at the organization.

Ms. Piccotti joined Swift Bunny in 2018 as Chief Learning Officer. During her tenure, the company has grown from an unknown startup to the rental housing industry leader in employee engagement solutions and insights. She works closely with property management clients to launch and sustain employee lifecycle feedback programs, evaluate the candid feedback they receive from team members, and take action to drive improved employee engagement and retention. She has authored numerous research papers, providing her insights on the latest data and trends on critical topics including employee engagement and turnover, mental and emotional health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the property management industry. Ms. Piccotti is also a frequent presenter at conferences such as the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize and National Multifamily Housing Council’s OPTECH.

As President of Swift Bunny, Ms. Piccotti will take on added responsibility for leading the company’s growth to include new products and services focused on the rental housing employee experience. She will direct the company’s marketing, training, and customer service initiatives, and continue to take a hands-on approach with clients.

Ms. Piccotti holds a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University. With nearly a quarter century of experience in the rental housing industry, Ms. Piccotti’s career has been dedicated to listening to, learning from, and finding solutions for multifamily residents, employees, and executives. She is a respected content creator and collaborator and has nurtured meaningful relationships across the industry. “I’m very excited about Jen’s new role on our executive leadership team.” said Joe Bailey, Swift Bunny’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Jen is respected by both coworkers and clients, and her contributions to our success in the nearly five years she’s been with us are too many to list. Swift Bunny is growing quickly, and Jen will play a huge role in managing that growth.”

Said Ms. Piccotti, “Working with rental housing leaders to connect the dots between employee engagement data, performance, and progress is incredibly satisfying. I’m grateful for the

opportunity to lead the extremely dedicated Swift Bunny team on the rollout of new enhancements and solutions to create even more value with our property management clients. Together, we’re transforming the reputation of the rental housing industry’s workplace culture and driving down employee turnover.”
